Down-regulation of FN1 contributes to miR-200c mediated suppression of migration. Cells were transfected with empty vector (EV) or FN1 and 24 hrs later with miRNA constructs. BT549 (left) and AN3CA (right) cells were treated with mitomycin C and given 24 or 48 hrs, respectively, to migrate.
