There were 143 genes that were significantly upregulated (log2FC > 2.0) or downregulated (log2FC < − 2.0) with of P < 0.05 and Q < 0.1 according to the MRI phenotypes in subgroup analysis (Additional file 2, Table S2). Pseudogenes or unidentified genes were not included. Among them, the 20 genes in this Table 3 were reported to be relevant to breast cancer in previous literatures [20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27, 33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43, 45, 46]
