circCCDC85A exerts the repressive effect of proliferation, migration and invasion in breast cancer via miR-550a-5p. A and B CCK-8 and colony formation assay showed that miR-550a-5p over-expression alone increased the proliferation viability of MDA-MB-231 cells, but such enhanced effect was reversed when circCCDC85A added simultaneously. C–E, Wound healing assay, transwell migration and invasion assay showed that miR-550a-5p over-expression alone increased the migration and invasion viability of MDA-MB-231 cells, but the supplement of circCCDC85A offset such promotion.
