CTSV expression is associated with poor survival in ER-positive breast cancers. The relationship between CTSV mRNA expression and relapse free survival (RFS) was analysed using Kaplan-Meier survival curves across different breast cancer patient groups: a all breast cancer subtypes, b ER-positive, c ER-negative, d luminal A, e luminal B, f Her2-enriched and g basal. Results are expressed as percent survival relative to RFS in months. Hazard ratio (HR), 95% confident internals (95% CI) and log-rank p values are noted on each graph.
