From: New generation breast cancer cell lines developed from patient-derived xenografts
Cell morphology and expression of hormone receptors and cytokeratins in UCD breast cancer cell lines. Cells were plated on glass slides in regular media. Phase contrast images were taken on live cells. Cells were fixed and ICC performed with antibodies to ERα, PR, CK5, or CK8/18 with DAPI counterstain.
