CGRRF1 interacts with epidermal growth factor receptor. a BT-549 cells were transfected with FLAG empty vector or FLAG-CGRRF1. Lysates were harvested 48 h after transfection and then pulled down with anti-FLAG beads, followed by immunoblotting using indicated antibodies. b EGFR and CGRRF1 antibodies were used to immunoprecipitate endogenous proteins in MDA-MB-468 cells, followed by immunoblotting using indicated antibodies. c MDA-MB-231 (left panel) and BT-549 (right panel) were transfected with FLAG-CGRRF1, serum-starved for 24 h, and then added 100 ng/ml EGF for 15 min. Cells were harvested and lysates were pulled down with anti-FLAG beads followed by immunoblotting using indicated antibodies
