Loss of SIM2s leads to a decrease in RAD51 foci MCF7 cells. MCF7 cells containing shSIM2 or pSIL were treated with 0.5 mM HU, fixed 24 h later, and finally probed with the indicated antibody. Cells containing 10 or more foci were considered to be positive for the factors indicated as has previously been demonstrated [13]. Scale bars, 10 μm.
