In this cohort, follow-up is complete until December 31, 2011. The KARMA cohort includes women who participated in mammographic screening or clinical mammography program between 2011 and 2013, and all women in this cohort have complete follow-up until Feb 28, 2015. * Body shape was defined according to the Stunkard Figure Rating Scale in the supplemental figure 1
