Hierarchical clustering was performed on both phosphoproteins and cell lines as detailed in “Methods”. Rows correspond to probes (phosphorylation targets), and columns correspond to samples. Red indicates increased phosphorylation and green indicates decreased phosphorylation, with the intensity of the color corresponding to the degree of increase or decrease. Cell line names have been color-coded as follows: estrogen receptor-positive (purple), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-amplified (red), and triple negative breast cancer (blue). The cluster that each cell line was grouped into in "Fig. 1" has been indicated under each cell line name
