  1. The microRNAs with a fold-change ≥5.0 in each comparison and mapped reads ≥30 for MCF7 and ≥5000 for MDA-MB-231 are shown. The fold-change was calculated by normalizing the reads to the number of mapped reads. The P value was calculated using the likelihood ratio test. microRNAs in bold were further evaluated in this study
