The combination of Paclitaxel (PAC) and MG1 improves efficacy in various murine breast cancer models. Volumes of EMT6 (a), 4 T1 (b) or EO771 (c) fat-pad tumors in mice treated or not (NT) with MG1-green fluorescent protein (1 × 108 pfu) in combination or not with PAC (10 mg/kg for EMT6 and 2 mg/kg for 4 T1 and EO771).
