In vivo studies: effect of CEP-37440 on mice with FC-IBC02 breast tumor xenografts. Mice were injected with 10⁶ FC-IBC02 cells in the mammary fat pad; when the breast tumor xenografts reached approximately 50 mm³, treatments with CEP-37440 began.
