The relative mitogenic potential of various insulin analogues determined by the classifier gene expression. MCF7-IGF1R cells were exposed to IGF1, X10, glargine, insulin, aspart, lispro, M1, glulisine, M2 and detemir and the gene expression of the mitogenic classifier genes was measured with RT-qPCR. A hierarchical clustering of the log2 fold changes (compared to vehicle stimulation) is shown.
