The MaSC gene signature predicts a significantly shorter DMFS in TNBC. Kaplan-Meier survival curves showing distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) in three cohorts of TNBC and three of ER+ breast cancer. Stratification is based on top tertile of samples with high DART activation score for enrichment of MaSC gene signature compared to the rest, with the exception of the Guy’s107 TNBC dataset, which was stratified using the median activation score as a cutoff.
