Validation of Taqman low-density array analysis (TLDA) gene expression level. The expression of eight genes previously studied by TLDA (CSNK1D, RFNG, C17orf56, DUS1L, SLC25A10, HGS, FN3KRP, SIRT7) was assessed in 15 BRCA1-mutated and 13 non-mutated triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) using a standard qPCR method. Statistical analysis: two-tailed Student’s t-test: *P <0.05; **P <0.01; ***P <0.001.
