Effect of SAHA on the subcellular distribution of p21/Cip, PCNA, E2F-1 and E2F-4 in TM10 and TM2H cell lines. Equal amounts of nuclear (nuc.) and cytoplasmic (cyt.) protein extracts (100 μg) from TM10 and TM2H cells at control (C) and treated with 2.5 μM SAHA for 24 h (T) were analyzed by western blot (W.B.) using anti-mouse p21 antibody (A), mouse anti-PCNA antibody (B), rabbit anti-E2F-1 antibody (C) and anti-E2F-4 antibody (D). Protein bands were scanned and quantitated densitometricaly using a phosphoimager analyzer. Histograms represent arbitrary units for each protein.
