Note that this plot displays only those lesions in which a growth rate could be calculated, i.e., that were imaged at least twice as mammary intraepithelial neoplasia (MIN) or invasive tumor. Six of the MIN and invasive tumor data points (in six mice) represent growth rates of progressing MIN lesions and the invasive phase, subsequently found in the same region of the mammary gland.
