Kaplan–Meier plots for the impact on overall survival (OS) of ESR1 and PIK3CA mutations. The detection of ESR1 or PIK3CA mutations had a significantly unfavorable impact on OS, however, no differential impact was observed across ESR1 or PIK3CA codon variants (A, B).
