DKK3 promoter methylation analysis in primary breast carcinomas. Methylation specific PCR results from 10 representative matched pairs of primary breast tumour (T) and corresponding normal breast tissue (N) are shown. DNA from human placenta (Plc) as well as from peripheral blood lymphocytes (Lyc) reveals an unmethylated DKK3 promoter. DNA from breast carcinoma cell line BT20 served as positive control.
