After 1 cycle of NACT, DOSI showed an increase in the oxygenation level by 10% (a). US revealed a 10% decrease in tumor volume (b) as well as a 30% decrease in tumor vascularization (c). A pathologic investigation after six NACT cycles and surgery failed to find vital tumor cells, equivalent to the 5 grade of pathological tumor response (f, × 100)
