LM.4T1 tumors are highly inflammatory with increased angiogenesis. One hundred and thousand LM.4T1 or HM.4T1 cells were implanted into the 3rd mammary pad of BALB/c mice. Mice were euthanized two weeks later, and tumors were excised for analyses. A Expression of Il6, Il1b, Tgfb1, Tnfa, Vegfa, Hgf, and Col1a1 mRNA was examined by RT-qPCR.
