KRT13 overexpression increases MCF7 cell proliferation, migration and invasion. MCF7 cells, which show low endogenous KRT13 expression, were transduced for KRT13 overexpression. HCC1954 cells with high KRT13 level were subjected to KRT13 knockdown. A levels of KRT13 in the transduced clones as detected with RT-PCR (upper panel) and western blotting (lower panel).
