  1. The table shows the top 50 hits (Probe ID) of RNAs that show significant (p < 0.05) differential expression (Fold-change) in fibroblast from 3-days pregnant (Preg) compared to virgin control (Crtl) mice, using median signal intensities from 3 individual experiments (biological replicates) and RankP software [18]. Probes have been ranked by decreasing fold-change and increasing p-value
