Differentiation profiles of the different subtypes of breast cancer cells on the hydrogels. Immunofluorescence antibodies were used to detect the expression of the differentiation markers E-cad, Vim, and ZO-1 (green) in the cancer cells cultured on TMG, Col I, and Matrigel.
