PRKCQ downregulation enhances chemotherapy-induced apoptosis of TNBC cells. MDA-MB231Luc cells (a, c) or HCC1806 cells (b, d) infected with control or PRKCQ shRNA-expressing lentivirus were treated with vehicle or paclitaxel chemotherapy for 24 h. Apoptosis was assessed by Western (levels of cleaved PARP) (a, b) or flow cytometry analysis for Annexin V+ cells (c, d). Western blots are representative of at least 3 independent experiments.
