Immune cell populations and patients’ outcome in the HR+/HER2− MDACC cohort: The figure shows the results of univariate logistic regressions (a) for the probability of a high residual cancer burden after neoadjuvant therapy (RCBII-III) and the results of univariate Cox regressions (b) for distant recurrence-free survival in dependence of immune cell metagene expression. The metagene for neutrophils was associated with lesser response, the metagene representing monocytes with better response. HLA-A and the metagenes for monocytes and the B lineage were associated with higher risk of distant relapse. Statistical significance (P < 0.05) is indicated by black points and bars
