  1. *Histoscore (H-score) was calculated by a semi-quantitative assessment of both the intensity of staining (graded as: 0: no-staining; 1: weak; 2: medium; or 3: strong) and the percentage of positive cells. The percentage of cells at each staining intensity level was calculated, and an H-score was assigned summming the individual H-scores for each intensity level using the following formula: [1 × (% cells 1+) + 2 × (% cells 2+) + 3 × (% cells 3+)]. The range of possible scores was from 0 to 300
