SIRT1 knockdown increases colony formation inhibition by ADM or PTX in NNMT high-expression BCs. The groups that were pretreated with EX527 or SIRT1 siRNA in SK-BR-3/NNMT-2, MCF7, and MDA-MB-231 cells formed fewer colonies (foci > 100 μm) than those without pretreatment after culture for 12 days with ADM or PTX treatment.
