Blocking ErbB3 inhibits macrophage-induced transendothelial migration. a MDA-MB 231 cells were placed in transwells coated with Matrigel and endothelial cells, either alone (231 Alone) or in the presence of macrophages (231 + BAC), and left untreated (No Ab) or with either an IgG isotype control (IgG) or ErbB3 blocking antibody (ErbB3).
