Effects of selinexor on tumor growth of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. Mice bearing BCX 6, BCX 10, BCX 11, BCX 22, and BCX 51 TNBC patient-derived xenografts were treated with vehicle or selinexor 12.5 mg/kg twice a week. Values are presented as mean ± SEM of relative tumor volume. The tumor volumes at the conclusion of experiment were compared with vehicle, and data were analyzed by two-way analysis of variance to determine statistical significance. Tumor growth inhibition (T/C) ratios were calculated using the formula: [(Median tumor volume of treated group)/(Median tumor volume of control group)] × 100.
