Effects of selinexor on tumor growth of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. Mice bearing BCX 6, BCX 10, BCX 11, BCX 22, and BCX 51 TNBC patient-derived xenografts were treated with vehicle or selinexor 12.5 mg/kg twice a week.
