Dots represent values of the measured kinetic variables or BPE%. Line colors encode differences between cases and controls as a percentage of the measure for controls. Red lines indicate pairs where the case value is >15 % greater than the control. Blue lines indicate pairs where the case value is >15 % less than the control. Black lines indicate pairs where the case value is within 15 % of the control value. This figure shows a trend of higher values measured in cancer cases compared to the matched controls for the two kinetic variables, wash-in slope variance (left) and signal enhancement ratio volume (middle), and the measure of BPE% (right)
