The inhibition of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 positive (HER2+) breast cancer cells in response to lapatinib and BKM120 is enhanced by EZN4150. a SKBR3 were cultured for 6 days, UACC893 cells were cultured for 7 days and BT474 cells were cultured for 9 days with 5 μM EZN3046 or EZN4150. In the final 12 h, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), 1 μM Lapatinib (Lap), 1 μM BKM120 (BKM) or 50 μM etoposide (Etop) was added.
