Levels of NKp46, CD8 and CD4 transcripts were quantified by real-time PCR in preneoplastic mammary tissue from 6-week-old untreated NeuT mice, tumors from 26-week-old untreated NeuT mice and tumor-free mammary glands from 26-week-old vaccinated NeuT mice.
