Relative frequency of spleen lymphocyte subsets in IL-15-deficient and IL-15-proficient, control and vaccinated NeuT mice. Splenocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry in control and vaccinated mice. The percentage of B220+, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and Nkp46 and DX5 double-positive cells is reported.
