Lineage-specific miRNAs are conserved between mouse and human mammary tissue. a Schematic representation of Rotation Gene Set Test (ROAST) analysis [29]. Mouse and human Taqman probes were matched by miRNA symbols obtained from the miRNA database (miRBase) and TargetScan was used to relate miRNAs to target mRNAs.
