Multivariate survival analysis in breast cancer patients stratified by tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) and tissue factor (TF) expression in tumors. Multivariate survival analysis derived from the Gene expression based Outcome for Breast cancer Online (GOBO) database of (A) total TFPI (α + β), TFPIα, and TFPIβ tumor expression in all tumors, and (B) total TFPI (α + β) tumor expression in the lymph node-positive group. Tumor size, age, histological tumor grade, lymph node statusa and estrogen receptor (ER) status were included as covariates.
