Percentage of immunosuppressive subtypes in CD8-Res and CD8-NR. Patients with CD8+ T cell response to Her-2 had low levels of (A) MDSC-1 (P = 0.09) compared to no CD8+ T cell response. No difference was observed in case of (B) MDSC-2, (C) Tregs and (D) CD4+/FoxP3+ T-cells. The levels of (E) activated Tregs and (F) ratio of activated/resting Tregs was significantly lower in patients with a CD8+ T cell response to Her-2.
