(A) Graph showing FOXO target genes that are upregulated (log2 fold change ≥ +1.0) and or downregulated (log2 fold change ≤ −1.0) following ETP-45658 (or PI-103) treatment in MCF-7 treated breast cancer cells. Gene expression in MCF-7 breast cancer cells treated at six and twelve hours with (B) 10 nM ETP-45658 or (C) 10 nM PI-103. In each graph, error bars indicate +/− standard deviation with each gene and condition evaluated in triplicate from N = 3 independent experiments. For each analysis P values are shown (<0.05 is considered significant).
