(D) In human human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-positive (HER2+) cancer patients (n = 207), the expression of VEGFA correlated with reduced distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) in datasets from [28] including information from 3,455 patients [28]. All samples were plotted with medium splitting for VEGFA expression. No significant differences in DMFS were observed in association with VEGFA expression in other subtypes of breast cancer.
