Dotted lines indicate the 95% confidence interval. Plots are based on multivariate models that included all non-nodal covariates listed in the Methods section and a single nodal covariate. Analysis of cases pooled irrespective of nodal status revealed a more marked nonlinearity in plot c between 0% and 20% involved nodes. Otherwise, different combinations of nodal covariates gave similar plots.
