Coronal FDG-PET images of mice acquired 1 h after i.p. injection of ¹⁸F-FDG. Slices (2 mm thick) with the highest activity in the tumor were chosen. All mice were lying on their backs with the heads pointing up. Tumors are marked with arrows. Because ¹⁸F-FDG is normally excreted in the urine, bladder activity is visible in all mice.
