Syntenin expression is upregulated in high-metastasis breast cancer cell lines and breast cancer tissues. (A) Real-time PCR analysis of syntenin mRNA expression in breast cancer cell lines. The remaining samples results are showed in Additional file 1, Figure 1S. Relative mRNA levels were normalized to GAPDH mRNA. Protein loading was monitored with immunoblot by using GAPDH antibodies.
