Proliferative effect of mild nitrosative stress is abolished by ERα antagonist or p53 inhibitor. MCF-7 cells were preincubated with (A) 100 nM fulvestrant (FV) or (B) 10 μM pifitrin-α (PFTα) before the indicated treatments and cell proliferation was determined after 48 hours.
