(A) HER2 gene amplification is more frequent in pure DCIS than in invasive carcinomas in both total tumors and in high-grade tumors. (B), (C) C-MYC and CCND1 amplification rates do not differ significantly between groups. (D) The amplification rate of FGFR1 is higher in invasive carcinomas than in pure DCIS in both total tumors and high-grade tumors.
