CoxPH analysis of JMJD6 expression cohorts (high versus low separated by median of JMJD6 expression across the Super Cohort) was performed in annotated subtypes of breast cancer. The table shows the number of patients used for the analysis in the high- and low-JMJD6 expression cohorts, the hazard ratio, and its 95% confidence interval (CI) and P value generated from the analysis in each subtype.
