Detection of CHD5 copy number changes in breast cancer. A total of 29 cell lines (A) and 15 primary tumors with matched normal tissues (B) from breast cancer were used. A pool of normal human genome DNA was used as the normal control. Real-time PCR was used for the detection, with the RNaseP gene as an internal control that rarely has copy number changes in cancers.
