(b) The bars indicate the average of the log2-transformed gene expression levels of vitamin D receptor (VDR) in the HapMap lymphoblastoid cell lines from the CEU (Utah residents with ancestry from Northern and Western Europe) population and the YRI (Yoruba in Ibadan) population. The data were obtained from Zhang and colleagues [32].
