Qualitative analysis of the migration and invasion potential of MDA-MB-231 cells. Scanning electron microscopy observations were performed at the end of the 20-hour assays in the absence (migration) (a) or presence of Matrigel™ (invasion) (b) on cells treated with or without D609 (50 μg/mL). The imaging was performed on both the upper and lower sides of the filter. On the upper side, adherent cells are visible.
