(a) MDA-MB-468 cells were cotransfected with siRNA targeting Stat3 (siStat3) or Src (siSrc), along with either the -472 Jab1-Luc construct or -472-Mut1C/EBP Jab1-Luc (as a control) and subjected to luciferase reporter assays, western blot analyses to demonstrate the efficient knockdown of Stat3 and Src protein levels are shown in the right panel.
