PTEN levels increase upon ERβ expression. (A) T47-DERβ cells, MCF-7ERβ cells and T47-DPBI control cells were treated for 4 days with 10 ng/mL or 0.01 ng/mL doxycycline in the presence or absence of 10 nM DPN, and lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting. (B) Phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) immunofluorescence of T47-DERβ cells treated for 4 days with 10 ng/mL (-ERβ) or 0.01 ng/mL (+ERβ) doxycycline. Scale bar, 10 μm.
